Your privacy is extremely important to me. I'm committed to providing everyone with a secure website to shop and will only collect the personal information necessary to process your order. I assure you that access to this information will be extremely limited and will never be sold or given to any other company. Please read the following to understand your rights under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the company views and practices regarding your data and how it will be treated.
The information collected
Your name, address, email address and daytime phone number. I will also need to know the 'ship to' address if it's different from your card billing address. You can feel confident that any personal information is transmitted over secure servers. This information is necessary to properly process your order.
The information NOT collected
Debit/Credit Card information. I use a third party payment processor to deal with this securely and do not have access to any of your card details. I can assure you none of this information is ever stored on the site.
The site is designed for use with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. To purchase products online you must use a browser that is SSL-compliant and can establish a secure connection. To make sure your browser is secure, look for a closed padlock or an unbroken key at the bottom of the Checkout page.
A few of the cookies last only for the duration of your session and expire when you close your browser. Others are used to remember you when you return to the site and will last for longer.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies but if you prefer you can change these settings. Please note that by blocking or deleting cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of the site.
I use IP addresses only to resolve system problems and deter unauthorised access to the website.
I like to keep folks informed about the latest designs and promotions through a newsletter. You can unsubscribe either via your account, by clicking on the link included in each newsletter, or emailing me at email@example.com.
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason I never intentionally collect information from children I actually know are under 13.
