Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to return any merchandise with which you're not satisfied. Remember to save your invoice as your receipt.
Only items bought in the online store may be returned. If your purchase was from a third party stockist then please contact them directly.
If you'd prefer a refund, we will credit the original payment method that was used.
For returns please follow these easy steps:
- Circle the item(s) that you're returning on the invoice, and write down the reason for returning.
- If the delivery address is different/incorrect, please provide a new/correct one on the returned invoice.

IMPORTANT When returning a package please get proof of postage (or use a ‘Signed For' service) as regrettably I can't accept responsibility for items that don't reach us.
