1. How can I pay?
I accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
2. How is my credit card protected?
Your credit card information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. To see the security of your connection check the indicator in your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed padlock, then SSL is active. If you can't get a secure connection, for whatever reason, you can always place your order over the phone on +44(0)20 8289 3158 Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm GMT.
3. What is my Shopping Pram?
Your Shopping Pram is where you keep the stuff you want to buy - I'd call it a shopping basket like everybody else but where's the fun in that?
4. How do I get to the checkout?
Take a minute to review all of the items in your Shopping Pram. If you want to delete anything or change the quantity, just click the appropriate button. If you make any quantity changes make sure you click the 'update' button before clicking 'checkout'.
The checkout page will ask you to create an account, go through the checkout as a guest, or ask for login details if you're already registered with us.
5. What happens after I have placed my order?
I'll send you an email confirmation detailing the transaction. Once your order has shipped I'll send you another email to let you know it's on its way.
6. Are your items ever out of stock?
On the rare occasion I don't have the item, I'll get in touch quickly and ask if you'd like to replace it with something of equal value, wait until I’ve got the item in stock, or remove it from your order.
7. How can I return/exchange something?
You have 14 days to return anything. Only items bought from the online store may be returned. Regrettably I can’t accept returns for items purchased from a stockist / third party store so please contact the shop directly.
Remember to save your invoice as your receipt. Please make sure you get proof of postage as I can't accept responsibility for items that fail to reach me. All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
To return items just follow these easy steps:
1. Circle the item(s) that you're returning on the invoice, and write down the reason for returning it/them.
2. You may receive a replacement for the item(s) or receive a refund.
Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge to the address on the invoice. If the address is different/incorrect, please provide a new/correct one on the returned invoice.
3. If you want a refund, I will credit the the original payment method used.

8. What is my sales tax or VAT?
VAT is charged as per UK rates (currently 20%). All prices on the site include VAT where applicable.
9. Why are NWA garments so special?
I'm a very small company and love making cool things for equally cool kids. My garments are lovingly produced in limited quantities - everything is screen printed here in London, using high quality inks (non-toxic, lead-free or any other heavy metals, and complying to all European safety standards) which will withstand repeated washing without undue fading, peeling or cracking. The cotton is vat-dyed and suitable for pretty much any adventure - and as long as you follow the simple care instructions the clothing will wear like the vintage T-shirts I've always loved, and be ideal hand-me-downs for years to come.

I use Royal Mail First Class for all UK shipping and offer either Recorded (signature required) or Next Day (guaranteed before 1pm Monday-Saturday, signature required). Worldwide/Non UK - Royal Mail Airmail or Airmail Tracked.

3. How quickly do you ship?
I ship Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 3pm GMT on working days may leave same day. In nearly all cases I ship within 36hrs.
4. How long should delivery take?
The Royal Mail give the following guideline delivery times;
- UK First Class (including Recorded Delivery) - 1-2 days
- Europe 5-7 working days
- Worldwide 7-14 working days.
Delivery times aren't guaranteed (except UK Next Day) and regrettably the Royal Mail will not accept a package as undelivered or lost until after 10 working days from the postage date. So please be patient if your postman is being a little slow.
5. What if I'm out when my parcel arrives?
If you've chosen a Signed For service then a signature will be required on delivery. If the Royal Mail fail to deliver first time, they should leave a card offering you the option of delivery at a later date, or collection within a week from your local sorting office. If you haven't been able to collect it, it will be returned to me and I'll contact you to rearrange delivery. Services outside of the UK may vary.
6. Do I have to pay import charges?
Possibly. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further info.
